Please read these terms carefully before booking your retreat
Welcome to Seasun Wellness Retreat. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, facilities, and website. By making a reservation or visiting our retreat, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Seasun Wellness Retreat's services, website, or facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, guests, users, and others who access or use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Seasun Wellness Retreat.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your check-in date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of receiving your deposit.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
We reserve the right to refuse check-in if proper identification is not provided.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. The retreat maintains a no-smoking policy in all villas and indoor spaces.
Alcohol consumption is permitted but must be enjoyed responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.
Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff.
Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation purposes and service delivery.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your data.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Security cameras are installed in common areas for the safety of all guests.
Valuables should be stored in in-room safes. The retreat is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Services and Amenities
All services and amenities are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.
Wellness treatments and activities require advance booking and may have age or health restrictions.
The retreat reserves the right to substitute activities or services of equal or greater value if necessary.
Guests participate in activities and wellness programs at their own risk. Medical clearance may be required for certain activities.
Meals are prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
Additional Terms
Health and Safety
- •Guests with pre-existing medical conditions must inform the retreat at the time of booking.
- •We reserve the right to refuse participation in activities if we believe it poses a health risk.
- •First aid facilities are available on-site. For serious medical emergencies, we will arrange transport to the nearest hospital.
- •Guests are advised to have adequate travel and health insurance.
- •The retreat follows all government-mandated health and safety protocols.
Force Majeure
- •The retreat shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
- •This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.
- •In such events, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
- •Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy in force majeure situations.
Liability and Indemnification
- •Seasun Wellness Retreat is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by guests during their stay.
- •Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and responsibility.
- •The retreat maintains insurance coverage but is not responsible for personal injuries or property loss.
- •Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat from any claims arising from their actions or negligence.
- •Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.
Photography and Marketing
- •The retreat may take photographs and videos of the premises, activities, and events for marketing purposes.
- •By staying with us, you consent to the use of images that may include you in promotional materials.
- •If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff upon check-in.
- •Guests may take personal photographs but must respect the privacy of other guests.
- •Commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission from management.
Intellectual Property
- •All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seasun Wellness Retreat.
- •Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
- •Our brand name, logo, and trademarks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- •Guests may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- •These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- •Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coorg, Karnataka.
- •We encourage guests to resolve any issues directly with our management before pursuing legal action.
- •Alternative dispute resolution methods will be considered before litigation.
