Refunds & Cancellations

Our Commitment to You
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing your needs with our operational requirements.
Important: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email tobookings@seasunretreat.com or by calling us at+91 98765 43210. The cancellation date will be the date we receive your written request.
Cancellation Policy
30+ Days Before Check-in
100% Refund
Full refund of the amount paid, minus payment processing fees (2-3%).
15-29 Days Before Check-in
75% Refund
75% of the total booking amount will be refunded. 25% will be retained as cancellation fee.
7-14 Days Before Check-in
50% Refund
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining amount covers booking costs and lost revenue.
Less Than 7 Days
No Refund
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date.
Additional Important Notes:
- •No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations with no refund.
- •Early departures are not eligible for refunds on unused nights or services.
- •Group bookings (4+ villas) may have different cancellation terms; please inquire at booking.
- •Peak season bookings (December-January, April-May) may have stricter cancellation policies.
Booking Modifications
Date Changes
Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original check-in date.
- First date change: No additional fee
- Subsequent changes: ₹2,500 modification fee per change
- New dates must be within 6 months of original booking
- Price difference, if any, must be paid at the time of modification
Package Modifications
Changes to wellness packages or villa types can be made based on availability.
- Upgrades: Pay the difference in price
- Downgrades: Credit note issued for future use (valid for 1 year)
- Modifications must be made at least 7 days before check-in
- Some packages may not be eligible for modifications
Guest Changes
Changes to guest names and numbers can be accommodated with advance notice.
- Name changes: Free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in
- Increasing guest count: Subject to villa capacity and additional charges
- Decreasing guest count: May affect package pricing
- All guests must be registered at check-in

Refund Methods
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for booking:
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
- • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after processing
- • UPI/Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days after processing
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In case of documented medical emergencies, we offer flexible rescheduling or partial refunds. Medical certificate required.
Natural Disasters
If travel is prevented due to natural disasters or government restrictions, we offer full credit for future bookings or refund options.
Retreat Cancellation
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alternative dates at no additional cost.
Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
